Key Responsibilities
1. 工业4.0与创新（占比30%）/ Industry 4.0 & Innovation (30%)
•主导数字化落地项目，合理运用数据分析工具将纸质表单转化为数字化看板
Lead digitalization initiatives and make good use of data analysis tools to turn paper sheet into digital dashboard.
•主导设备综合效率（OEE）相关工作，完善数据完整性、可用性、性能表现与质量维度，推动OEE标准在全工厂落地
English: Manage OEE activities to improve data integrity, Availability, Performance and Quality, promote OEE standardization throughout the plant.
•落地设备利用率相关改进项目
Manage improvement activities on machine utilization.
•引入办公自动化类新技术，提升整体工作效率
Introduce new technologies of office automatic system to boost working efficiency.
2. 流程分析与改进（占比20%）/ Process Analysis & Improvement (20%)
•开展流程改善活动，识别并消除八大浪费，搭建更顺畅的物料流与信息流
Conduct process kaizen to identify and eliminate the 8 wastes and create better material flow and information flow.
•运用数据分析与绩效指标，定位流程瓶颈、效率低下的根本原因以及可优化的空间
Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, root causes of inefficiency, and areas for improvement.
•设计并落地标准化作业、可视化管理体系以及最优生产布局方案
Design and implement standard work, visual management systems, and optimal manufacturing layouts.
3. 项目与改善周主导（占比20%）/ Project & Kaizen Leadership (20%)
•主导并推动快速改善周（Kaizen）及相关项目全流程，覆盖从立项构思到落地执行、后续跟进的全周期
Lead and facilitate rapid improvement events (Kaizen) and projects from conception to implementation and follow-up.
•制定项目章程，对齐业务目标明确项目范围、目标与交付成果
Develop project charters, define scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
•统筹项目进度、资源配置与利益相关方沟通，保障项目顺利达成预期结果
Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful outcomes.
•统计并汇报项目成果，覆盖安全、质量、交付、成本、士气（SQDCM）维度的可量化指标
Measure and report on project results, including quantifiable metrics in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale (SQDCM).
4. 培训与文化建设（占比20%）/ Training & Cultural Development (20%)
•为团队成员、组长及主管提供精益原则与工具的指导与带教
Coach and mentor team members, team leaders, and supervisors on Lean principles and tools.
•开发并输出培训材料，搭建内部精益能力体系
Develop and deliver training materials to build internal Lean capabilities.
•充当变革推动者，打造主动解决问题的文化，覆盖并动员各层级员工参与
Act as a change agent, fostering a proactive problem-solving culture and engaging employees at all levels.
5. 可持续性与标准化（占比10%）/ Sustainability & Standardization (10%)
•开展流程审计，确保全流程符合标准化要求，巩固已取得的改进成果
Audit processes to ensure compliance with standardization requirements and sustain gains.
•搭建并维护关键绩效指标（KPI）看板，实时监控流程运行状态
Develop and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards to monitor process health.
Required:
1. 本科或以上学历，工业工程、机械工程、制造工程、计算机科学或相关专业
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, data science, computer science or related field).
2. 3年及以上在制造或运营场景中实操应用精益原则的工作经验
3+ years of hands-on experience applying Lean principles in a manufacturing or operations environment.
3. 优秀的数据分析能力，熟练使用微软Excel，有数据可视化工具使用经验者优先
Excellent data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
4. 有主导成功改善周项目的实绩，能够交付可衡量的成果（包含成本节约、生产力提升或交付周期缩短等维度）
Proven track record of leading successful Kaizen events and delivering measurable results (cost savings, productivity increases, or lead time reduction).
5. 精通核心精益工具，包含5S、标准化作业、全员生产维护（TPM）、快速换模（SMED）以及根因分析方法（例如5Why分析法、鱼骨图）
Strong proficiency in core Lean tools: 5S, Standard Work, TPM, SMED, and Root Cause Analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone).
6. 具有良好的沟通表达及协调能力
Exceptional facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
优先条件 / Preferred
1.有丰田生产方式（TPS）或同类精益框架相关经验
Experience with Toyota Production System (TPS) or similar Lean frameworks.
2. 掌握统计分析软件与数据工具（Minitab、PowerBI、Python、SQL、宏）
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data tools (Minitab, Powerbi, Python, SQL, Macro).
3. 英语口语与书面表达能力优秀
Good in both oral English and written English.
4. 持有精益六西格玛认证（绿带或黑带）者高度优先
Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is highly desirable.
The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
