The Opportunity: 

The Senior Manager of People Analytics & HR Process will lead the development and implementation of advanced people analytics to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide insights that inform strategic business decisions, enhance organizational performance and improve HR processes. Additionally, this role will play a critical role in ensuring that the HRIS system effectively supports the organization’s HR processes and strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, data analysis, a deep understanding of HR functions, and a passion for leveraging data to solve complex business challenges.

What Your Impact Will Be: 

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports that track key metrics such as turnover rates, talent data, and diversity and inclusion.
  • Utilize statistical methods and tools to analyze data trends and identify areas for improvement.

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage people analytics and HR Tech Projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate people analytics into broader business strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure all HR processes interact seamlessly through the employee life cycle.

Tool and Technology Management:

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of people analytics tools and platforms.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in people analytics, and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance capabilities.

HR Process Improvement:

  • Provide an overall perspective of all HR processes and identify and implement efficiencies to ensure smooth integration from one process to another
  • Collaborate with HR teams to understand their processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness improvement.
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to streamline HR processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and continuously seek ways to optimize HR processes.

Strategic Decision Support:

  • Partner with HR leadership to support strategic initiatives through data analysis and insights.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Assist in the development of HR strategies by providing insights on trends, risks, and opportunities.

Data Management and Integrity:

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data by establishing and maintaining data quality standards.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality in all analytics processes.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, HRIS, PMO or a related role.
  • Experience with Workday People Analytics and data visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of HR functions and processes.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices in data management.
  • Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $144,000 and $180,000
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
