The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.

This is a temporary position based in our Frankfurt office, running until August 2027.

The Opportunity: 

Are you passionate about data-driven decision-making and collaborating closely with commercial teams to make a real business impact? As a Demand Planner, you will play a key role in shaping our demand planning processes and ensuring the right products are available at the right time. The key objectives of this role are to co-lead the local S&OP process and collaborate with commercial stakeholders to generate the most-likely Demand predictions. 

What Your Impact Will Be: 

  • Own, monitor, and continuously improve demand forecasts across multiple sales channels and brands.  
  • Prepare and run the local S&OP process with the Sales & Marketing teams following the monthly cadence 
  • Act as the main point of contact for all forecasting-related topics for Commercial teams  
  • Align demand planning with commercial strategies, promotions, and market trends  
  • Proactively identify risks, constraints, and opportunities, and drive mitigation actions  
  • Analyze forecast deviations and KPIs, translating insights into actionable recommendations  
  • Develop and enhance reporting and analytical tools to support data-driven decisions  
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements to planning processes.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field  
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in demand planning or a similar role  
  • Fluency in German and English  
  • Strong analytical mindset with confidence in handling and interpreting data  
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with planning tools (e.g. Anaplan) is a plus  
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills  
  • Ability to work independently while influencing cross-functional teams  
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working  
  • Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

  • Gross annual salary range ofEUR 58560- 69540 EUR
