The Opportunity: 

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Technical Production Support Analyst

Exp – 4 - 5 Years

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Technical Production Support Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in supporting and maintaining Oracle Cloud integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in developing, monitoring, and troubleshooting OIC integrations including REST/SOAP APIs, scheduled orchestration flows, file-based integrations, and connectivity with Oracle SaaS and third-party systems.

This role is critical to ensuring stability, scalability, and performance of integrations across ERP, HCM, EPM, and external systems. The candidate will work closely with functional teams, solution architects, and support teams to resolve integration issues, optimize performance, and maintain compliance with internal controls.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations across ERP, EPM, and other systems.
  • Monitor OIC integration health, ESS jobs, file transmissions, error queues, and exception reports.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to OIC integrations including payload errors, mapping failures, connectivity issues, authentication, and token expiration.
  • Perform code-level debugging of OIC orchestrations, adapters (FTP, SOAP, REST, File, ERP, HCM, DB), and transformation mappings (XSLT, JSON, XML).
  • Support integration jobs that load and extract data using FBDI, HDL, UCM, and other Oracle-delivered interfaces.
  • Collaborate with Oracle Support to raise SRs and ensure timely resolution of platform-related issues.
  • Ensure all changes to integrations are properly documented and follow internal SDLC, change control, and SOX audit guidelines.
  • Analyze root cause of recurring issues and work on long-term solutions and automation opportunities.
  • Build and maintain technical documentation, flow diagrams, interface control documents (ICDs), and error resolution guides.
  • Participate in deployments, patch validations, regression testing, and cutover activities.
  • Manage access tokens, key stores, connectivity agents, and certificates used in integrations.
  • Work with business teams to validate data flows and ensure successful E2E transactions across systems.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Experience & Skills Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) in a production support or technical development role.
  • Strong experience in building and troubleshooting OIC integrations using REST, SOAP, and file-based orchestrations.
  • Proficient in transformation logic using XSLT, XPath, JSON, and XML schemas.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM integration adapters (ERP Adapter, HCM Adapter, FTP Adapter, REST/SOAP Adapter, DB Adapter, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with FBDI, HDL, UCM, and Oracle-delivered web services.
  • Experience with OAuth2 tokens, connectivity agents, SSH key management, and certificate renewals.
  • Familiarity with OIC agent installations and upgrades for on-prem/cloud hybrid integrations.
  • Strong understanding of error handling framework, retry logic, and fault policies within OIC.
  • Ability to monitor and manage integrations using OIC dashboard, activity streams, and logging tools.
  • Experience in tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, Putty, and WinSCP for testing and troubleshooting.
  • Basic understanding of Oracle ERP data models, chart of accounts, and master data flows is a plus.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow, JIRA, or other ticketing systems to manage support queues.
  • Familiarity with ITGC/SOX controls, documentation, and audit trail maintenance for integration changes.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent technical discipline.
  • Oracle OIC or Oracle Cloud Platform certification is a plus.
  • Experience working in large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM/EPM implementations or upgrades.
  • Exposure to CI/CD concepts and tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, or DevOps pipelines for integrations.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with knowledge of sprints, stories, and release management.
