The Opportunity: 

What Your Impact Will Be: 

Onboarding & Pre-Joining Experience:

• Manage end-to-end onboarding coordination including offer documentation, pre-joining communication, and onboarding readiness to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
• Track onboarding progress and ensure completion of joining formalities, documentation, and policy acknowledgements within defined timelines.
• Support new joiner orientation logistics and ensure smooth onboarding process execution.

 

Background Verification & Vendor Management

• Coordinate end-to-end Background Verification (BGV) process with external vendors and ensure timely initiation and closure.
• Track verification status, follow up on pending cases, and highlight discrepancies for resolution.
• Maintain accurate BGV records and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Act as point of contact between employees, hiring teams, and vendors for verification-related queries.

 

Workday / HRMS Management

• Maintain employee lifecycle transactions in Workday including onboarding, employee data updates, transfers, and exits.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee master data to support payroll and compliance processes.
• Provide first-level support for Workday queries and coordinate with HRIS teams for issue resolution.
• Generate standard HR reports and dashboards to support operational and business requirements.

 

Payroll & Employee Data Support

• Validate employee data inputs related to onboarding, attendance, and employee changes to support accurate payroll processing.
• Ensure timely submission of payroll inputs and maintain supporting documentation.
• Assist in benefits enrollment activities and respond to employee queries related to P&C operations processes.

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain employee personnel files, statutory documentation, and onboarding records in line with compliance requirements.
• Support audit readiness through accurate documentation and data tracking.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, data privacy standards, and operational SOPs.

 

Operational Excellence

• Execute P&C operational processes efficiently to enhance employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Collaborate with PCBPs, Finance, IT, and internal stakeholders for smooth P&C service delivery.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to drive efficiency and standardization.

 

Role Contribution

This role plays a critical part in delivering consistent and efficient People Operations support by ensuring seamless onboarding, accurate HR data management, and compliant execution of P&C operational processes, contributing to a scalable P&C operations framework for MTIC.

 


What We’re Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in P&C operations with exposure to HRMS, payroll, and benefits.
  • Hands-on expertise in HRMS tools (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar).
  • Strong proficiency in MIS reporting, Excel, and Power BI dashboards.
  • Sound knowledge of Indian payroll practices, statutory compliance, and P&C processes.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
