• Define and manage the consumer identity architecture, including identity resolution strategies and unified consumer profiles
• Develop data models, architecture patterns, and integration frameworks that support marketing activation, analytics, and operational use cases
• Establish and enforce data governance standards for consumer data, including data definitions, metadata, and documentation
• Lead the evaluation and strategic recommendation of a Master Data Management (MDM) solution to unify consumer data across systems
• Partner with engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to design scalable data pipelines and integrations across the consumer data ecosystem
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across platforms through architectural standards and validation frameworks
• Collaborate with privacy, security, and compliance teams to ensure consumer data architecture aligns with regulatory and privacy requirements
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to analysts, engineers, and cross-functional teams working within the consumer data ecosystem
• Translate business and marketing requirements into scalable data architecture and platform solutions
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in customer data platforms, identity resolution, and data governance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• 7+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or consumer data platform implementations.

• Proven experience designing and implementing consumer data ecosystems supporting marketing and digital engagement.

• Strong experience with customer data platforms (CDPs), CRM systems, and marketing technology stacks (e.g., BlueConic, Klaviyo, Salesforce, or similar platforms).

• Deep understanding of first-party data strategies, identity resolution, and unified consumer profile architectures.

• Experience designing and implementing data models and architectures within modern cloud data platforms such as Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.

• Advanced SQL and strong understanding of large-scale data integration and data pipeline architectures.
