Job Title: Senior Developer – Blue Yonder (BY) WMS 

Location: Hyderabad, India 
 

Job Summary 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Blue Yonder (BY) Warehouse Management System (WMS) Developer to lead configuration, development, and enhancement initiatives supporting DTC (Parcel) and B2B logistics operations. 

This role will play a pivotal part in managing the WMS backlog, designing scalable solutions, enhancing integrations, and ensuring seamless fulfillment operations across OMS, TMS, ERP, and carrier systems. The candidate will work closely with onshore teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant, and performance-driven solutions. 

Key Responsibilities 

🔹 BY WMS Development & Configuration 

• Design, develop, and configure solutions in BY WMS using MOCA, Page Builder, and BY Integrator. 

• Configure allocation, wave planning, picking, packing, and shipping processes. 

• Implement parcel and LTL shipment configurations. 

• Develop custom extensions and rule-based logic aligned to business needs. 

🔹 DTC (Parcel) & B2B Functional Expertise 

DTC – Parcel Fulfillment 

• Support end-to-end DTC parcel order flow (allocation → pick/pack → manifest → ship confirmation). 

• Configure carrier integrations (FedEx, UPS, DHL). 

• Support rate shopping, parcel account logic, and label generation. 

• Troubleshoot parcel workflow and integration issues. 

B2B / Wholesale 

• Support bulk order allocation and fulfillment. 

• Configure palletization and LTL shipping logic. 

• Support BOL generation and ASN workflows. 

• Understand retailer compliance and chargeback scenarios. 

🔹 Integration & Interfaces 

• Develop and maintain integration between BY WMS and OMS, ERP, TMS (e.g., Centiro), and Carrier systems. 

• Analyze API/EDI payloads and troubleshoot data flow issues. 

• Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments. 

• Validate integration impacts before release. 

🔹 Reporting & Labeling 

• Develop and modify reports using Jasper Reports. 

• Design and maintain shipping labels using NiceLabel or BY Label Designer. 

• Support operational reporting and data analysis using SQL. 

🔹 Backlog & Enhancement Management 

• Analyze, prioritize, and resolve items in the WMS backlog. 

• Lead development of small-to-mid-level enhancements end-to-end. 

• Participate in backlog grooming and solution design discussions. 

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations. 

🔹 Testing, Deployment & Governance 

• Conduct unit testing and support SIT → UAT cycles. 

• Prepare deployment documentation aligned to release governance (CAB). 

• Support structured production releases with rollback planning. 

• Ensure adherence to SDLC and documentation standards. 

🔹 Support & Troubleshooting 

• Provide Level 2/3 support for complex WMS issues. 

• Troubleshoot end-to-end order flows across OMS ↔ WMS ↔ TMS. 

• Minimize operational disruptions in warehouse environments. 

🔹 Collaboration & Communication 

• Work closely with DC Operations, Transportation, and Business teams. 

• Coordinate with onshore stakeholders during US EST hours. 

• Maintain strong communication between offshore and onshore teams. 

• Provide regular updates on status, risks, and dependencies. 

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field. 

• 7+ years hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS development and configuration. 

• Strong expertise in MOCA, Page Builder, BY Integrator. 

• Strong SQL skills. 

• Experience with API/EDI integrations. 

• Hands-on experience in DTC (Parcel) and B2B (LTL) logistics workflows. 

• Experience with carrier integrations (FedEx, UPS, DHL). 

• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and production deployments. 

• Familiarity with Git/DevOps, Jira, and Confluence. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with BY Labor Management or Yard Management modules. 

• Exposure to TMS platforms such as Centiro. 

• Experience in Omni-channel fulfillment environments. 

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies. 

• Blue Yonder certifications.
