The P&C Operations and Compensation & Benefits Analyst plays a key role in supporting core People & Culture
processes and ensuring the effective delivery of compensation and benefits programs. This role combines datadriven
analysis with process execution, providing operational support across P&C systems, reporting,
compensation cycles, benefits administration, and compliance. The analyst partners closely with P&C, Payroll,
Finance, and external vendors to maintain data integrity, streamline workflows, and help implement global and
local C&B initiatives that align with the company's overall people strategy.
What Your Impact Will Be
- Participate in annual compensation surveys (Mercer, WTW) and analyze results to assess market
competitiveness. - Calculate and track variable compensation payments, including quarterly Short-Term Incentive Plan (SIP)
payouts and Brazil Profit Sharing (PLR), in coordination with PCBPs, Sales Admin, Finance, and Payroll. - Support the review and update of country-specific salary structures, ensuring alignment with market data and organizational strategy.
- Participate in regional and global Total Rewards initiatives, including the implementation of new tools and policies.
- Analyze data and develop reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making and optimize compensation and benefits programs.
- Review and track headcount data to ensure accuracy and provide visibility into vacant, occupied, and temporary positions, including justification for new roles, and support workforce planning through personnel cost analysis.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Compensation & Benefits, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and program effectiveness.
• Conduct internal equity analyses and job evaluations to ensure consistency, fairness, and alignment with organizational structures and market practices. - Support the annual & mid year salary reviews (Annual & Mid Year Cycle) and benefits annual renewal
negotiations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Actuary, or similar
- 2+ Extensive experience in managing Compensation and Benefits (C&B), with a minimum of 2 years in a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research (desktop and in-person), perform in-depth analysis, and produce clear, insightful reports.
- Office suite knowledge
- Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, charts)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience working with HRIS systems, particularly Workday.
