The Sr. Manager FP&A LATAM is responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function across the
Latin America region. This role drives accurate and timely closing, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range
planning processes while delivering strategic insights that support decision-making for the VP Finance and
LATAM GM.
The role requires strong analytical acumen, leadership of a multicultural team, and excellent communication
skills to influence cross-functional and cross-country stakeholders (Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain,
Accounting).

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the monthly closing process and variance analysis versus budget, identifying key business drivers and financial impacts on P&L and Balance Sheet.
  • Coordinate and consolidate regional planning cycles: 4 budgets per year (AOP and quarterly updates), 2 longrange plans, and yearly forward-looking estimations
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations on key financial KPIs: GP%, OI%, Cash Flow, ROI, NPV, DSO, DOS.
  • Supervise and develop the LATAM FP&A team, ensuring strong leadership, talent growth, and a culture of high performance
  • Partner with LATAM GM, country leaders, and cross-functional areas (Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Accounting) to support strategic decision-making and optimize resources
  • Lead the planning and control of Opex, Capex, and Headcount, aligning spending and investments with business objectives
  • Manage financial scenario analysis for multi-currency impacts (MXN, BRL, CLP, COP, PEN, USD) on P&L and Balance Sheet.
  • Monitor and control inbound freight, logistics, and administrative costs, ensuring budget discipline and alignment with financial plans
  • Leadership / Teaming Works with other finance teams, including Global FP&A, Global Supply Chain Finance, Brand Finance, Franchise Finance, and Commercial teams, including regional Sales and Marketing, to understand financial drivers, ensure financials are accurate, and provide critical reporting, analysis, and insight to aid in decision making
  • Leads performance management and appraisals as well as goal setting for direct reports, providing developmental feedback to help take the organization forward

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering (required).
  • Master's Degree Preferred
  • Proficient English
  • 10+ years of experience with proven track record working in various accounting capacities (e.g., general
  • Accounting, management, and external reporting)
  • Strong knowledge of Financial reporting and project management.
  • Effective and influential in working through a highly matrixed structure to deliver the end solution; flexible
  • and adaptable to changing priorities
  • The position requires innovative and entrepreneurial thinking, exceptional leadership, cross-functional team
  • Leadership, a strong results orientation, and ability to understand and apply analytics to business decisions
