O objetivo desta posição é garantir a excelência apoiando no atendimento ao cliente e nas operações logísticas, monitorando o desempenho dos serviços, os principais KPIs operacionais e colaborando com equipes internas. A função concentra-se em impulsionar o desempenho em entregas pontuais, aprimorar a experiência do cliente, apoiar a tomada de decisões baseada em dados por meio de análises de desempenho e relatórios, e criar iniciativas de melhoria contínua e automação que aumentem a eficiência operacional e a qualidade do serviço.
O Quê Vai Fazer
1. Atendimento ao Cliente e Suporte Operacional
Apoiar as operações diárias de atendimento ao cliente por e-mail, chat e canais de atendimento externos, garantindo a resolução eficaz de problemas, o gerenciamento preciso de registros e a conformidade com as políticas da empresa e os requisitos da LGPD.
2. Operações Logísticas e Gestão de Nível de Serviço
Suportar a equipe no processamento de pedidos, o desempenho das entregas e os riscos operacionais, coordenando-se com as partes interessadas internas e externas para garantir que as metas de Entrega no Prazo (OTD) e os compromissos de nível de serviço sejam cumpridos.
3. Análise de Desempenho e KPIs
Desenvolver, manter e analisar relatórios de desempenho logístico, incluindo KPIs de OTD, IMATT e de contas-chave, fornecendo insights, acompanhando tendências de desempenho e apoiando planos de ação para promover a melhoria contínua.
4. Gestão de Prestadores de Serviços de Transporte e Parceiros
Monitorar e avaliar os prestadores de serviços de transporte e parceiros logísticos externos, apoiando a gestão de desempenho, a resolução de problemas e iniciativas para a melhoria da qualidade do serviço e da eficiência operacional.
5. Melhoria e automação de processos
Apoiar na criação de iniciativas de melhoria contínua, otimização de processos e automação utilizando ferramentas como VBA e Power Automate, aprimorando a eficiência operacional, a experiência do cliente e o desempenho geral do serviço.
