We are currently seeking a passionate Junior Accountant to join our Warsaw-based team, who is eager to learn and develop in a multinational and dynamic environment.

What Your Impact Will Be: 

We are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to support our Finance Team in day-to-day accounting activities, with a focus on Accounts Payable. This role involves downloading from KSEF, processing and posting vendor invoices, entering data in line with internal guidelines, and supporting invoice approval workflows.

You will also contribute to the preparation of reports and accounting statements, assist in monthly closing activities, and support the preparation of financial statements and settlements. Additionally, you will work closely with the business, providing ongoing support in daily finance-related tasks.

• Being responsible for accounting processes (mainly Accounts Payable)
• Entering invoices to the internal invoice approval system, downloading invoices from KSEF
• Posting invoices from vendors
• Entering data into the system according to guidelines
• Preparation of reports and accounting statements
• Active participation in monthly closing processes
• Active support in the preparation of financial statements and settlements
• Supporting business in everyday duties

What We’re Looking For: ​​​​​​​

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Initial experience in accounting or a similar role
• Fluency in English and Polish
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good command of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Proactive approach and willingness to take initiative
• Reliability, accountability, and commitment to tasks
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
