The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.

The Opportunity:  

Mattel EMEA is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our EMEA Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition, APAC/EMEA, this position will be mainly responsible for supporting the team with end-to-end recruitment of talent, Talent Acquisition management, and Employer Brand Marketing.

We are looking for a professional who can support the team in offering a great candidate experience and act as a recruiter at ground level—especially for intern programs and early career positions.

You will partner closely with P&C colleagues, leaders, key stakeholders, and external partners across the region, as well as with the Global Talent Acquisition Team, to support the company’s objectives, business growth, and the development of a diverse and talented workforce. This role will also help embed company values and culture into the Talent Acquisition process and contribute to positioning Mattel as a prime employer of choice.

What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment, including proactive sourcing and passive talent outreach.
  • Partner with hiring managers and P&C Business Partners to understand and anticipate hiring needs.
  • Source, assess, and hire high-quality talent using a variety of recruiting methods.
  • Provide hiring managers and P&C teams with market insights, talent trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Evaluate candidates through CV screening, video, and in-person interviews to ensure role fit.
  • Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through clear communication and responsive support.
  • Manage Talent Acquisition operations, including scheduling, offer coordination, and candidate closing.
  • Support EMEA Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence initiatives, such as campus recruitment, employer branding, and process improvements. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related disciplines.
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate and/or agency recruiting, including sourcing and full life-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and business acumen, with a positive attitude to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
  • High level of initiative, with a strong desire to consistently go the extra mile.
  • Analytical mindset with strong research skills and the ability to interpret market data and recruiting insights.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office, ATS, and HRIS systems.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Gross annual salary range of PLN 88560 - PLN 105160
  • Bonus Scheme: Participation in Mattel Incentive Plan (MIP) with the target of 5% of base salary, payout is determined by company and individual performance results
