Position Purpose
Ensure the attraction, selection, and retention of talent by implementing effective recruitment strategies and employee service processes delivered through the Employee Service Center, promoting a fair and motivating work environment aligned with Montoi's business objectives and in compliance with the Federal Labor Law, Internal Work Regulations, and the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure external talent acquisition across all business areas while promoting internal talent development.
- Source, identify, and select candidates who meet job requirements for Intern, DL, IDL, and Staff positions.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume hiring.
- Develop recruitment strategies for both operational and administrative positions.
- Manage the internship program.
- Develop and manage partnerships with universities and technical schools.
- Provide employee support through phone, email, chat, and employee service portals.
- Maintain employee records in internal systems.
- Ensure proper personnel documentation management.
- Lead the Employee Service Center as the primary point of contact for questions related to policies, benefits, payroll, vacation, leaves of absence, and People & Culture processes.
- Support the Safety & Quality Management System (SIGO).
- Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and EHS legal and corporate requirements.
- Support initiatives to reduce workplace incidents.

- Hire Interns, DL, IDL, and Staff employees.
- Conduct job evaluations and review job descriptions.
Key Performance Indicators
- Timely fulfillment of staffing requirements (NTR).
- Employee satisfaction with Employee Service Center services.
- Turnover rate for employees with less than seven days of service.
