Position Summary
Mattel is seeking a highly skilled IT Analyst – Multi-Cloud Administration to manage, optimize, secure, and support enterprise cloud environments across multiple public cloud platforms. The ideal candidate must possess hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), along with working knowledge of Microsoft Azure or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The role is responsible for cloud infrastructure administration, provisioning, automation, governance, security, monitoring, disaster recovery, and cloud cost optimization across global enterprise environments. The position works closely with Enterprise Applications, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Data Engineering, Networking, and Digital Technology teams to deliver secure, scalable, resilient, and highly available cloud services supporting mission-critical business applications. The position requires 24x5 rotational on-call support.
Key Responsibilities
· Administer AWS and GCP cloud environments with operational support for Azure or OCI.
· Provision compute, storage, networking, IAM, Kubernetes, serverless, managed databases, and platform services.
· Design highly available, resilient, disaster recovery-enabled cloud architectures.
· Manage VPC/VNet, VPN, DNS, load balancers, firewalls, and hybrid networking.
· Implement IAM, RBAC, Secrets Manager, KMS, certificates, and privileged access.
· Deploy and manage Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS/OKE) workloads.
· Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, Deployment Manager, ARM/Bicep.
· Automate operations using Python, PowerShell, Bash, and cloud CLIs.
· Monitor using CloudWatch, Google Cloud Operations, Azure Monitor, OCI Monitoring, Grafana, and Prometheus.
· Manage backup, disaster recovery, governance, compliance, and FinOps.
· Collaborate with DevOps, Security, Networking, ERP, and Application teams.
· Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
· Maintain documentation, SOPs, CMDB, and knowledge articles.
· Support ITIL processes using ServiceNow.
· Participate in rotational on-call support and mentor junior engineers.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
· 5+ years of enterprise cloud infrastructure administration experience.
· Mandatory hands-on experience with AWS and GCP.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
· Experience with Kubernetes, networking, IAM, storage, security, monitoring, and hybrid cloud.
· Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep, or Deployment Manager.
· Automation using Python, PowerShell, Bash, and cloud-native CLI tools.
· Experience supporting enterprise applications and mission-critical production systems.
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· AWS Certified Solutions Architect or SysOps Administrator.
· Google Professional Cloud Architect or Associate Cloud Engineer.
· Microsoft Azure Administrator/Solutions Architect or OCI Architect certification.
· HashiCorp Terraform Associate.
· Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA/CKAD).
· Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and CI/CD.
· Experience in Retail, Consumer Products, Manufacturing, or Global Supply Chain.
