 We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Agile PLM Developer to support the ongoing development, configuration, and support of the Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Windchill CAD applications. This role will take over responsibilities transitioning from a previous SME , including handling PLM data requests, backlog items, and providing technical support for product GRS and related integrations. The candidate must be willing to work on site 4 days a week in Hyderabad, during US EST time zone. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Perform advanced data analysis and data extraction from large databases 

  • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries 

  • Interpret and leverage Explain Plans using indexes and various SQL coding techniques (ANSI and non-ANSI) 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions 

  • Utilize and contribute to existing documentation; create clear and concise documentation for future reference 

  • Work with Oracle Agile PLM software, including UI and backend data models, workflows, data configurations, and process extensions 

 

Required Skills & Experience: 

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SQL, including expertise in: 

  • Tables, indexes, Explain Plans 

  • ANSI and non-ANSI SQL coding techniques 

  • Oracle SQL – Required 

  • Oracle PL/SQL – Required; experience with Stored Procedures and Functions 

  • Google BigQuery SQL – Preferred, including familiarity with Google BigQuery Studio and Google Cloud Storage buckets 

  • MS SQL Server SQL – Nice to have 

  • Strong data analysis skills 

  • Ability to read and work with existing documentation 

  • Ability to create comprehensive and user-friendly documentation 

 

Preferred Experience: 

 

  • Prior experience with Oracle Agile PLM, including UI interaction and working knowledge of its backend data model 

  • Experience with process configurations, workflows, and custom extensions within the PLM environment
